Cells were serumstarved for 2 h at 37EC, after which they were treated with 30µn;M MiTMAB or 30µn;M myristic acid for 10 min, and incubated a further 20 min in the presence of Tf-A594 or EGFTxR as an internal positive controls that the drugs worked and that the DNA construct was not inhibitory.
