In the above article [Parker SL, Fu Y, McAllen K, Luo J, McIntosh JM, Lindstrom JM, and Sharp BM (2004) Mol Pharmacol65:611-622], an author's name was spelled incorrectly. The correct spelling is Jie Luo.
