- Data Supplement - Supplemental Figure 1. A-D, HeLa cells were HeLa cells transfected with siRNAs to FancD2 (A), Rad51 (B), BRCA1 (C), BRCA2 (C), or Rad18 (D), alone or in combination with Chk1 siRNA. Cell lysates were analyzed by immunoblotting for the indicated antigens at the same time they were used to set up clonogenic assays shown in Fig. 5.
- Data Supplement - Supplemental Figure 2. Chk1 remains during cisplatin exposure. HeLa cells were transfected with luciferase (Luc) or Chk1 siRNAs. The cells were lysed 48 h (the time point when they are exposed to gemcitabine or cisplatin; see Figs. 1, 2, and 5) and 72 h later (when the cisplatin and gemcitabine are removed by washing) and immunoblotted to detect Chk1 and Hsp90.
