  • Data Supplement - Figure S1. Effect of doxorubicin and simvastatin on NOS isoforms expression. HT29 cells were incubated for 6 h in the absence (CTRL) or presence of simvastatin (10 µM, SIM), doxorubicin (5 µM, DOX) or both, then the whole cell lysates were analysed by western blotting and probed with anti-nNOS, anti-iNOS and anti-eNOS antibodies. An anti-GAPDH antibody was used as a control of equal protein loading. The figure is representative of three experiments with similar results.
