A549 cells (25-30K) were seeded in 35mm-confocal dishes and 48h later were transiently transfected with 3�GFP-tagged nSMase2 (0.5µg/dish) for 15-18h, media was changed and cells were allowed to grow for 3-6h. Cells were fixed and stained with (left) anti-TGN46 (red) and (right) anti-p230 (red) as described in �Materials and Methods.�
