• Data Supplement - Supplemental Figure 2: Growth curves of CEF, QEF, and Q8 cells. (A) CEFs were plated at 100,000 cells per well of 12-well tissue culture plates and grown to ~80% confluency. At the indicated time points, cells were trypsinized, counted, and replated to the initial concentrations. To calculate growth, the fold increase in cell number for each count was multiplied by the total number at the previous time point. (B) Growth curves of QEF and Q8 cells. 4x104 cells/ml of Q8 or 1x105 cells/ml of QEF were seeded onto MP-6 plates and treated with 10 µM NSC13728 or DMSO, respectively. Cell numbers were counted on day 1 till day 4.
