About the cover: Enhanced phospho-c-Jun immunostaining in SK-N-MC human neuroblastoma cells. Fifteen minutes after the addition of 100 µg of the D1 dopamine receptor agonist SKF38393, cells were fixed and incubated with anti-human phospho-c-Jun antibody, followed by flourescein-conjugated secondary antibody. Laser scanning confocal microscopy was used to assess the distribution and relative concentration of phospho-c-Jun in cells. From Zhen X, Uryu K, Wang H-Y, Friedman E (1998) D1 dopamine receptor agonists mediate activation of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase and c-Jun amino-terminal kinase by a protein kinase A-dependent mechanism in SK-N-MC human neuroblastoma cells. Mol Pharmacol 54:453-458.
