The experiments were done with 5.3 nmol of rabbit P450 1A2 and, in the NADPH system, 7.5 nmol of Fp in a final volume of 1.0 ml. The concentration of N,N-dimethyl-2-aminofluorene was 50 μm. Values are means of triplicate experiments ± standard deviation.
