Experiments as shown in Fig. 2 and 3 were performed to determine the IC50 value. The apparent KD value for each nucleotide was calculated from IC50 =KD (1 + [XDP]/EC50(XDP)) (20), where [XDP] = 100 μm and the estimated EC50(XDP) = 50 μm (9). Results are averages of four experiments.
