GHY and HEK 293 cells stably expressing epitope-tagged TRH receptors were incubated with or without 2 μg/ml cycloheximide for 72 hr. Specific binding of 5 nm [3H]MeTRH was measured after a 1-hr incubation at 0°. Values are mean ± range of duplicates in a representative experiment.
