U937 cells were treated for 72 hr with 10 μm dimaprit or 0.4 mm dbcAMP. The proportion of chemoattracted cells, induction of cell surface markers for myeloid differentiation, and NBT-reducing activity were performed as described in Materials and Methods. Data are the mean ± standard error of assay quadruplicates. Similar results were obtained in at least three independent experiments.
