Cells were incubated for 24 hr at 37° with the indicated concentrations of radiolabeled compound or were incubated for the indicated times with 25 μm radiolabeled S2242 (specific activity, 3.1 mCi/mmol). Data are expressed as pmol/106 cells and are the mean for two separate experiments.
