Mice were injected with LPS followed by repeated injections of AG every 4 hr for 6 and 24 hr. Animals were killed at the indicated times after LPS injection; plasma, hepatic microsomal protein, and total RNA were isolated and analyzed. The data presented in the table represent the mean ± standard error of five mice per treatment group and are expressed as percentages of the saline-treated control group mean.
