Astrocytes were exposed to the different agents for 10 min. Incubations with cannabinoids and forskolin were performed as in Fig. 2. When SR 141716 was used, cells were preincubated with this compound for 30 min before the addition of THC and forskolin. Results correspond to four different experiments for each condition. Final concentrations of the different additions were as in Table 1.
