KD values of cocaine at resting and inactivated channels

The KD values were obtained from dose-response experiments. KR values for all channels were determined at −140 mV; KI values for μ1, F1579K, and Y1586K were determined at −70 mV and the KIvalue for N1584K was determined at −60 mV.
Numbers in parentheses indicate the number of cells; *, p < 0.05 compared with μ1.
The values in the last two columns were determined by dividing the mean mutant KD values by the mean μ1KD values.
