Data represent mean ± S.E.M. (n = 3) with number of sections assessed in parentheses. Granule cell and Purkinje cell assessments were also performed in Lobule V of the cerebellum with similar results. An increase in cerebral cortex expression was also observed, but this trend did not reach significance (P< .1).
