CHO-CB2 cell membranes were treated with increasing concentrations of cannabinoid receptor ligands for 60 min. The [35S]GTPγS binding was determined as described in Materials and Methods. Data are means ± S.D. of duplicate samples and expressed as a percentage of values from untreated cell membranes.
