The inhibitor dose-response analyses were performed in triplicate. TheK i values for inhibitors have been derived from Dixon plots (l/v versus [I]). These inhibitors have been shown to be competitive inhibitors of DT-diaphorase with respect to NADH, and the K m value of NADH for each enzyme preparation was determined and used in this calculation.
