Liver microsomes were analyzed by immunoblot with specific P450 antibodies and the bands were quantified by densitometry. The values from the (+/+) mice were assigned the number 1.0. Data are shown as mean ± S.D. of three to five animals per genotype per group with samples analyzed on multiple gels. Statistical difference between the (+/+) and (−/−) mice was assessed by a two-sided Student'st test with P < .05 as the limit of significance.
