Statistical significance (
↵2-150 P < .05) was assigned using Student's t test for paired data and tested whether l-quisqualate (10 μM) caused a significant stimulation above basal of [35S]GTPγS specifically bound to Gq/11α, Gi3/oα, or Gi1/2α in membranes prepared from vehicle or PTX-pretreated BHK-mGlu1α cells.
