Oocytes were injected with either Oatp1 cRNA (0.5 ng/oocyte), Oatp2 cRNA (5 ng/oocyte), or 50 nl of water. Uptake was measured for 1 h under conditions described in Experimental Procedures. Values are mean ± S.D. of at least three experiments, each performed in quadruplicate.
