Agonist potencies (presented as pEC50 values) in cells preincubated in the absence (−PTX) or presence (+PTX) of PTX were derived from concentration-response curves illustrated in Figs. 1 and2. Data are shown as mean ± S.D. for at least three determinations from experiments performed in duplicate.
