[3H]Yohimbine binding to WT-Tag19 membranes was performed in 96-well plates for 30 min at room temperature. Data represent the mean ± S.E.M. of three (yohimbine saturation binding) or four (UK-14,304 competition binding) separate experiments performed in duplicate or triplicate. The K d ratio differs from 1.0 with a p < 0.01 (*) or p < 0.002 (**).
