Procyclic trypanosomes were incubated with 100 nM [3H]pentamidine as described under Experimental Procedures. Preincubation with inhibitors was 3 min. These data are the average ± S.E. of three independent expts., each performed in quadruplicate and using identical incubations with the same amount of solvent (1% EtOH) as a control.
