Uptake of [3H]LTC4 (10 to 500 nM) was measured in the presence of various concentrations of the flavonoids indicated. Double-reciprocal plots were generated and K i values were calculated from the apparent K m. Each flavonoid was tested at two different concentrations in at least two independent experiments. Values shown are the mean ± S.D.
