Changes in intracellular Ca2+ mobilization were measured in intact CHO cells, expressing either SLC-1 or S643b receptor, loaded with Fluo 3 as described under Experimental Procedures.Maximum responses produced by peptides are expressed as percent of the maximum response produced by r, h, m MCH. Potencies are given as means of EC50 values in nanomolar ± S.E.M. obtained from at least three separate concentration-response curves.
