Cells were treated with various concentrations of As2O3 at 37° C for 72 h. Cell survival was determined by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium assay and IC50 value was calculated by graphics as described under Materials and Methods.
