Expression of -3.2CYP3A4/lacZ and -13CYP3A4/lacZ fusion genes in transgenic mice
Inducibility of transgene expression was determined by treatment with PCN (100mg/kg) administered by intraperitoneal injection daily for 4 days as described under Materials and Methods.
