Effect of NPR2 disruption on yeast sensitivity to cytotoxic agents Sensitivity was monitored by semiquantitative spot assays in S. cerevisiae npr2Δ cells (i.e., cells from which the NPR2 gene had been disrupted) versus isogenic NPR2+ cells. For each agent, these assays were performed at least three times, and consistent results were obtained each time. Different classes of chemicals are indicated by footnotes.
