Inhibition of Hoechst 33342 efflux by various inhibitors

All inhibitor concentrations were 10 μM, and experiments were repeated multiple times (n) as indicated. Inhibitor was able to decrease the percentage of Hoechst 33342, excluding cells in the `E' gate, by ≥ 25% (+), by ≥ 50% (++), by ≥ 75% (+++), or by 100% (++++).
