Effects of YC-1 and rolipram, with and without PGE1, on the peak [Ca2+]i and the time taken for this concentration to decline to half of its peak value (t1/2) in FMLP-activated neutrophils

Neutrophils labeled with fluo-3 AM as described under Materials and Methods were stimulated with 0.1 μM FMLP in the presence of 1 mM Ca2+, and fluorescence was monitored at 37°C with stirring. All data are expressed as mean ± S.E.M.
