Convulsant activity of TBOA analogs in mice after i.c.v. injection
At least five doses of each compound were examined between the lowest (threshold) and the highest (immediately lethal) doses. ED50 values were obtained from the dose-response curves and the values are presented as mean ± S.D. Total number of animals used for each compound is listed. At least three animals were administered each dose.
