Time course analysis of cell cycle perturbations and apoptosis induced by equitoxic concentrations of TMZ in TK6 and MT1 cell lines The cells were incubated in CM or in CM containing 12.5 μM TMZ (TK6 cells) or 1.2 mM TMZ (MT1 cells) for 48 h. At the indicated time, the cells were processed for analysis of cell cycle perturbation and apoptosis induction. The percentage of cells in each phase of the cell cycle or in apoptosis was evaluated by flow cytometric analysis of DNA content. Data represent the means of four independent experiments, with S.E. not exceeding 10 to 15% of the mean.
