Pentobarbital (100 μ M) modulated the open states of GABAA receptors For α1β3γ2L receptors, the average number of openings were 3758 (GABA), 3899 (GABA + pentobarbital), and 3645 (pentobarbital); and for α1β3δ receptors, 5309 (GABA), 4320 (GABA + pentobarbital), and 3499 (pentobarbital).
