Accumulation of folate-DTPA-111In in tumors as a function of injection frequency.
Tumor-bearing mice were injected at different time intervals with a saturating dose of folate-DTPA-111In, and all mice were administered the conjugate at 40 h. Values are presented as means ± S.E.M. of three to four experiments (five mice per group). Injection times were: 1× at 40 h; 2× at 0 and 40 h; 3× at 0, 20, and 40 h; 4× at 0, 13.3, 26.6, and 40; 6× at 0, 8, 16, 24, 32, and 40 h; and 8× at 0, 5.7, 11.4, 17.1, 22.8, 28.5, 34.2, and 40 h.
