Quantity of [3H]MC-DNA adducts formed by parental and NPR-transfected cell lines with the enzyme localized to either the nucleus or the endoplasmic reticulum treated under aerobic and hypoxic conditions

[3H]MC-DNA was isolated from cells treated with 10 μ M [3H]MC for 2 h as described under Materials and Methods. Values shown are the means of three to four determinations ± S.E. Significant differences between groups were determined using the paired Student's t test. There were no significant differences between the values for any cell line treated under aerobic conditions. Significant differences are found for comparisons marked a to e.
