Effects of various compounds on [3H]DHEAS transport

Membrane vesicles prepared from LLC/PK1-MRP8-3 cells were incubated at 37° C for 10 min in media containing 100 nM [3H]DHEAS in the presence of the indicated compounds. ATP-dependent uptake was calculated by subtracting values obtained in the presence of 4 mM ATP from those in the presence of 4 mM AMP. Transport is expressed as percentage uptake in the absence of modulator. Values shown are means ± S.E. of at least three measurements performed in duplicate.
