AUC and F of male and female wild-type and Bcrp1–/– mice after oral and intravenous administration of nitrofurantoin
Mice received nitrofurantoin orally (10 mg/kg) or intravenously (5 mg/kg). Plasma levels were measured by HPLC to calculate the AUC, and F was calculated as described under Materials and Methods. Each value represents the mean ± S.D. (n = 3–6).
