Binding parameters for OA-POPE interaction

Binding of OA (70 μM to 4 mM) to POPE (2 mM) liposomes was measured by isothermal titration calorimetry, where n1, n2, and nt are binding site stoichiometry values, Ka1 and Ka2 are association binding constants, and H1 and H2 are reaction enthalpies. The overall OA binding corresponds to nt values. Results are means of three independent experiments.
