[³H]DAMGO saturation studies in mMOR-1 variants

[³H]DAMGO saturation studies were performed in membranes of CHO cells stably expressing the indicated variant as described under Materials and Methods. K_D values were determined by nonlinear regression analysis using Prism (GraphPad Software Inc., San Diego, CA). Results are the mean ± S.E. of at least three independent determinations.
