Kinetic parameters for α7–5HT3 Values are results of simultaneous fits of Schemes 1 and 2 to data from three different patches in the presence of 1 mM ACh. For Scheme 1, the log likelihood was 13,571, whereas that for Scheme 2 was 13,621. Data are expressed as seconds-1.
