Kinetic parameters of human GSTs with azathioprine and glutathione as substrates
The experimental conditions were 1 mM GSH in 0.1 M sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.4, and 1 mM EDTA at 30°C. The parameter values are means from separate (n ≥ 3) substrate-activity curves (± S.D.).
