Association and dissociation rate constants of 16-membered macrolides with ribosomal complexes
The k6 values were calculated from kinetic plots similar to those presented in Fig. 4, B and C. The k7 values were calculated from a dissociation plot similar to that that presented in Fig. 4D. The Ki value was estimated from the ratio k7/k6.
