Expression of eGFP-FRNK enhances doxorubicin-induced apoptosis
MTLn3 cells were transiently transfected with eGFP, eGFP-FAK, eGFP-FAT, and eGFP-FRNK and subsequently exposed to 10 μM doxorubicin. Sixteen hours after exposure of the cells, the percentage of apoptotic cells was determined by annexin V/propidium iodide staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.
