Effect of IL-1β on GSTA1 and HNF-1α mRNA levels

Caco-2 cells were treated for 24 h with IL-1β and GSTA1 mRNA expression was determined by comparative real-time RT-PCR. Values represent the mean ± S.E. from three independent experiments expressed as -fold differences relative to untreated preconfluent cells.
