Listing of the preferred amino acids by each enzymes and the contribution to inhibition (percentage) that is attributable to the amino acid at the specified position. Data has been normalized as described under Materials and Methods. Only the most significant residues are presented (see Fig. 1, A and B). Based on these data, optimal sequences of peptides to evaluate for inhibition were established.
