Kinin agonist affinity and potency on cells stably expressing SFB2, SFB1, WTB2, and WTB1

K_d values were obtained by nonlinear regression analysis (Prism; GraphPad Software, San Diego, CA) of equilibrium radioligand binding isotherms on particulate preparations using [³H]BK for SFB2 and WTB2 and [³H]DAKD for SFB1 and WTB1. EC₅₀ values were obtained by nonlinear regression analysis (Prism) of dose response curves on phosphoinositide hydrolysis in intact cells using BK for SFB2 and WTB2 and DAKD for SFB1 and WTB1.
