Effects of Leu276Phe and Phe263Leu point mutations on the binding of S1P to the S1P₁ and S1P₃ receptors

K_d and B_max were determined in saturation binding assays with [³³P]S1P (3000 Ci/mmol) as described under Materials and Methods. Data were analyzed by nonlinear regression and fit to a one-site binding model using the program Prism (GraphPad Software). Results are expressed as the mean ± range of two experiments performed in triplicate.
