Antiproliferative effects of JG-03-14 as determined by the SRB assay
The IC50 values were calculated from the linear portions of the log dose response curve for each of three experiments conducted, and the average values obtained are presented ± S.D. The relative resistance value was calculated by dividing the IC50 value of the drug-resistant cell line, NDI/ADR, by the IC50 value of the drug-sensitive cell line, MDA-MB-435.
