Effect of Gαs dephosphorylation on its ability to stimulate AC2 activity

ΔcAMP formation represents the differences in activity of AC2 when stimulated by mock (vehicle-treated) dephosphorylated versus dephosphorylated (via PP2A + PP1) rGαs. Analysis of variance and Tukey's post hoc test were used to assess significance of difference from zero for each indicated change in picomoles of cAMP formed.
